@DarrylS5 Answer is yes. 5th A means they don't have to testify unless compelled to do so by a grant of transactional immunity, they can be prosecuted on testimony of other witnesses. If given testimonial immunity,, can also be prosecuted but their testimony not used in the trial. — PolitiTweet.org
