@oliviajones726 Some states don’t require voters to apply / request for one. Pennsylvania does. Some voters are confusing applications sent in droves in PA for actual ballots. If you’re know someone in PA who received many ballots pls provide pics or contact. Thanks! — PolitiTweet.org
