@HuntBrah Same day votes were counted first. 2.6 million mail in ballots could not begin to be processed until 7am Election Day. Both envelopes per ballot had to be opened, ballots checked, and counted and recounted again, they were scanned, and results were updated. Takes time. Delays. — PolitiTweet.org
