Bottom line is the report blames deaths to lack of widespread testing nationally at the time which led to asymptomatic nursing home employees inadvertently spreading the virus. NYDOH cites testing which found that about one in three nursing home employees had COVID-19 antibodies. — PolitiTweet.org
