The reason they are clamoring for access is because the affiliate rules prohibit their portfolio companies from accessing the program. A 400 employee restaurant company not owned by PE gets to access it, but if it's owned by a PE firm it can't. Has nothing to do with leverage. — PolitiTweet.org
