@NateSilver538 Yes but all of those will be effected by what hte virus is doing. A mutation that dramatically reduces vaccine efficacy against serious illness ,for instance, or transmits even more efficiently than omicron could produce a situation where we have, say 5000 deaths a day — PolitiTweet.org

@NateSilver538 The other thing we saw from Omicron is that even if you soldier through with "normal" there's gonna be a fair amount of disruption. There were basically no official. public-health driven closures in the US during Omicron but the jobs number is gonna come in at like -200k — PolitiTweet.org
