5/ So I got the same stats for CA - did decoupling surge unintentionally hurt CA drivers? From Jan-May, gross $ spent by CA riders was up 2.2x while gross $ paid to drivers was up 2.6x. Bottom line: the increase in the ratio of pay was higher in CA than nationwide. — PolitiTweet.org
