Imo, Twitter is the best social media platform for conflict studies/information. Much of the content originates on Telegram, but it is seen and discussed by a larger audience on Twitter often before reaching Instagram or Facebook. But some accounts first post on those two sites. — PolitiTweet.org

Twitter benefits from the reposting of content from other sites, which sometimes includes Facebook and Instagram. It doesn't sound as though this violates the intent of the new policy, but it depends how it will be implemented and who is doing the moderation. — PolitiTweet.org
