@Lars_P_Haga I think it is more a reflection of units that are currently fighting that need air defenses (and this is likely a recent delivery). Might not be worth delivering them to the 200th or 80th Arctic Motorized Rifle Brigades if they aren't playing much of a role at the moment. — PolitiTweet.org
