Ukraine has had HIMARS since June, and GMLRS can strike targets in Russia. I've seen no indication that they have, presumably because this was a US stipulation. There are many important military targets in occupied parts of Ukraine that ATACMS can strike that GMLRS cannot. — PolitiTweet.org
