@nicholadrummond They're being used, they just haven't procured that many. They thought Armatas would go into production sooner, otherwise they likely would have ordered them earlier. They're relying on older T-62 because they ran through much of their T-80U, T-72B3, etc. early in the war. — PolitiTweet.org
