Putin didn't warn the Russian Foreign Ministry that he was planning on invading Ukraine, nor did he ask for their advice. The same would likely be true if Putin decides to use a nuclear weapon. Russian diplomats can't give credible guarantees about what decisions he'll make. — PolitiTweet.org
