@Noahpinion The VDV units in Kherson are still higher quality but we're talking about smaller units now, and they've certainly taken casualties over the last month (as have Ukrainian units in Kherson). Hard to determine the quality of individual Russian motorized rifle and tank units now. — PolitiTweet.org
