I think the biggest issue for Russia keeping forces on the other side of the Dnipo is that it doesn't appear to have the forces necessary to stop further Ukrainian advances elsewhere and mobilization won't provide additional forces immediately (unless they deploy conscripts). — PolitiTweet.org
