@shashj There are better people to ask, but Ukrainian forces are putting Russian forces in Izyum in a tough position by cutting them off from Kupyansk. Getting forces encircled is a risk for Russia right now. They may have to fall back more to find an area they can defend more effectivel — PolitiTweet.org
