Obviously, countering Grad rockets vs HIMARS munitions is a completely different story, but I doubt Almaz-Antey is being blamed for the performance of S-400 in Ukraine due to HIMARS. It will be worth examining how S-300V have performed against Tochka-U though. — PolitiTweet.org
