I think it is mostly the use of HIMARS together with Tochka-U in the Donbas that is most proving effective (not sure Uragan or Grad are playing that role). It appeared Russia was having some success countering Tochka-U, but they seem to be having more success recently. 4/ — PolitiTweet.org

@KofmanMichael I think the addition of HIMARS is helping with Tochka-U strikes. I don't think they have a solution to HIMARS, and S-300V/S-400 weren't designed to counter them. — PolitiTweet.org
