Beyond its criminal referrals, the Jan 6 House Committee should refer lawmakers who were in on the attempt to overturn the election for investigation by the appropriate Ethics Committees. My hunch is that it will do that —and will refer some complicit lawyers for bar discipline. — PolitiTweet.org
