I agree with @BarbMcQuade. Both 18 USC 3237 and the Article VI of the US Constitution point to that conclusion. Prosecution in either venue, at DOJ’s option, would be proper. Plus the seized materials all belong to the US Government and should be at the NAR in DC. — PolitiTweet.org
