People ask why Pence waited till 1/6 to make clear that he wouldn’t break the law to keep Trump in office beyond 1/20. My hunch: Only when @judgeluttig finally told Pence he had no power to do what Trump demanded was the jig finally up. Until then, I’ll bet he’d not grown a spine — PolitiTweet.org
