Call me naive, but I'm reasonably certain that even the current Supreme Court would strike down a law like this either 9-0 or 8-1. I'd be appalled if this bill became a law in Oklahoma. But the very fact that a state senator has proposed it should suffice to chill your blood. — PolitiTweet.org
