This 8th Circuit ruling is a disgrace, but the odds of this Supreme Court undoing it are slim to none, sadly, although Roberts might join 3 in dissenting from a 5-4 denial of a stay. Barrett could shock the world by joining Roberts to grant a stay 5-4 but don’t hold your breath. — PolitiTweet.org
