Even states whose legislatures say no ballots are to be counted after the 3 USC 5 “safe harbor” date, which is Dec 8 this year, have 35 days after Nov 3 to count all ballots. I’m in favor of having those states extend that to 64 days (to Jan 6), but even if they don’t 35 shd do. — PolitiTweet.org
