I’ve said I see this Trump commutation of Stone in exchange for Stone’s not ratting Trump out as bribery, both a federal felony by Trump and an impeachable offense, but I doubt it’s tantamount to an attempted self-pardon, which I agree with @neal_katyal would be a nullity. — PolitiTweet.org
