It would be a travesty for the Court to duck these straightforward personal tax cases as non-justiciable. Rucho v. Common Cause was wrong to hold gerrymandering cases non-justiciable, but at least those cases weren’t so simple. Here ducking would be purely partisan. — PolitiTweet.org
