Agree, however, that we can’t just run the numbers on the premise that turnout would’ve remained constant under a different system of allocating each State’s Electoral Vote. Turnout probably would’ve grown. So I agree with @MaraGay on balance, though the NPV would be way better. — PolitiTweet.org
