@natalie_allison A huge part of this is Democratic candidates, particularly Kelly and Warnock but others too, raising so much themselves. Even in Georgia and Pennsylvania Dems still have an advantage, although there's expectation GOP will pour way more money in down the stretch — PolitiTweet.org
