@marianne_levine Another wrinkle here: KBJ to SCOTUS would open up another D.C. Circuit seat for Biden to fill. Childs to SCOTUS would open up a District seat and also require a new nominee for DC Circuit (she is currently nominated to that). Kruger would take more vetting than the other 2 — PolitiTweet.org
