On Senate floor, Warnock says exempting debt ceiling from filibuster shows a path toward for elections reform. One key difference is GOP wanted debt ceiling to go up but didn't want to vote for it, so they voted for exemption. Republicans don't want elections reform to pass. — PolitiTweet.org
