Given the parliamentarian’s ruling this will need 60 votes. Bernie will offer the amendment and GOP will raise a point of order so vote will be whether to rule amendment in order. Until $15 gets stand-alone vote, will be closest test of that proposal’s support in Senate — PolitiTweet.org
