Do you think so,.@jprnyct? It sounds a bit rigid. I think cars should overtake cyclists when it is safe to do so within the speed limit, but not because they just feel like it and regard cyclists as a nuisance, and as second-class road users who ‘don’t pay “road tax”’. — PolitiTweet.org
