.@jsmilbank Plainly the visitor sees the pleasanter parts of town,but I enjoy seeing the less fancy parts of cities and voyaged round quite a bit by tram and metro, & thought it generally pleasing. What I really object to is the dismissal of Belgium as 'boring'. It's fascinating. — PolitiTweet.org
