@doonhamer60 Well anyone with a pulse would expect NATO to be biased in favour of itself. But Soviet( not Russian) troops left theBaltic States in 1991. Somehow or other, they managed to stay out for long years afterwards, despite the absence of NATO. — PolitiTweet.org
