No. The knowledge that the demonstration was going to happen was publicly available. Both journalists and police might have expected offences would be committed there, but that does not make them party to any crime, or the police would have had to arrest themselves. — PolitiTweet.org

@ClarkeMicah @HertsPolice So it's OK for a journalist to know a crime is going to be committed because of Press freedom?
