If everyone is here—and it appears as though everyone is—Rosendale could vote present and that seems like it would get McCarthy there. He would have flipped Boebert, Rosendale, and Gaetz to vote present. (Gaetz looks like he just might not vote, which is effectively present.) — PolitiTweet.org
