@awprokop The clear effect would’ve been people with pre-existing conditions paying more. That’s what they wanted. The Senate could’ve passed “skinny repeal,” and HFC might’ve gone with it, but they also might not have. Either way, neither of those bills were what GOP leaders envisioned. — PolitiTweet.org
