@atrupar Yes and yes. He obviously should be aware of the optics, but Members who aren’t speaking — and are just receiving testimony — often aren’t even in the room, and when they are, they’re doing all sorts of stuff, some of it related to the hearing, some of it not. — PolitiTweet.org
