These days, about 90% of the 35-45 members who didn’t vote are Republicans. So if we assume, generously, that 400 members vote, and of the remaining 30 that don’t — 6 vacancies — 25 are Republicans, the GOP needs, like, 80% of its conference to block NDAA. Or 70% with 20 Dems. — PolitiTweet.org
