@jhowardfox I really don’t know how to describe the “chest congestion.” My breathing was okay as long as I did nothing. But if I tried to talk or walked to the bathroom, I felt like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen. I had an Albuterol inhaler and that did seem to help. — PolitiTweet.org
