Just want to note that, when the presiding officer ruled that the Amash amendment had been adopted, Chip Roy — who spoke in favor of the amendment — did not insist on a recorded vote. I guess he was willing to let that one go. (Ken Calvert asked for a roll call vote.) — PolitiTweet.org
