@BenMathisLilley Eric Swalwell isn’t going to do much in Wisconsin, but he is from Iowa originally. He does have the ability to raise *some* money, which could be spent in Wisconsin. I’d argue he’d also set himself up for the future better. But, at this point, think about Buttigieg doing this. — PolitiTweet.org
