Not true. He followed “skip loading” procedure where you’re low carb during week and then every 7-10 days have 5,000+ cals days of only protein + carbs. Theory being carbs are king but don’t eat them with fat. Plz learn more before commenting on beloved icons or strength sports. — PolitiTweet.org
