I finally got those carbon fiber insoles. (If you know you know - if not don’t ask.) Anyway they hurt 🦶 when breaking in. Today did some depth jumps and plyos and definitely felt some spring and knees feel good. Can see them justified at price point if you’ve had knee issues. — PolitiTweet.org
