If the case is dismissed due to prosecutorial misconduct, Double Jeopardy would apply, and Rittenhouse could not be retried. The prosecutor isn't trying to get a mistrial, he's willfully evil, got away with it in other cases, and couldn't adapt to having a real judge. — PolitiTweet.org
