There's no legitimate reason for individual members of Congress to trade stocks - themselves or via proxies / "advisers." Allow members to swap assets into a Congressional ETF. Allow *everyone* in the public to invest in this ETF also. Eliminates insider trading problem. — PolitiTweet.org
