That's just it. #KevinMcCarthy CAN "negotiate" with Democrats. He can cut "bipartisan" deals with them all day long, leaving the dissenters (i.e., taxpayer advocates) out in the cold, the supposedly extreme element radicals. It's his own party where he's struggling, obviously. — PolitiTweet.org
