I meant to do medium rare but ended up cooking it medium rare + or closer to medium But I’m a choice cut it’s not a big deal, isn’t the ideal texture and flavor to begin with and fills up my stomach. Red meat is so satisfying. I try to eat it for at least 4-5 meals a week — PolitiTweet.org
