@jdeutsch @mcuban It's actually not -- no cable network has speech regulations imposed, they just don't want to piss off advertisers. FCC regulations only hit over-the-air networks like NBC, ABC, CBS because they use scarce public radio spectrum, justifying a public-interest regulatory scheme — PolitiTweet.org
