@waltmossberg @facebook But what libel theory stops misinformation? The tradeoff is that you and I don’t have this conversation because Twitter has to review each tweet first. That seems harsh, especially since a lot of bad speech would still be directly protected by the First Amendment — PolitiTweet.org
