@BenMullin It's a lot more than a tweet, but to do this test correctly, you would need to model the unpredictable usage of actual people on these devices, not just a number of simultaneous streams. And there is no mention of upstream bandwidth, even though video uploads are a major use case — PolitiTweet.org
